We offer teambuilding courses that are aimed at new teams in the ‘forming’ stage of their lifecycle
Some teams just like to get out of the office and share a totally different day using tools and learning skills and seeing how the learning and shared experience transfers.
We expose you to a number of new skills and then, using these and the teams natural abilities, provide challenges to stretch both the collective problem solving capability and the need to communicate. Each course is tailored to the needs of the clients and what they want their team to get out of it.
There aren’t too many teambuilding courses where the wildlife always has rights of way!
- This is low impact team building where no one gets wet…..unless it happens to be raining…. and requires absolutely no previous experience.
- This is only run for teams of a size from four to six.
- These sessions are a single day.
